Mineral Area College’s Office of Workforce Development offers customized training courses and services to enhance employees’ careers, improve business effectiveness, and support returning adult learners. We adapt to the evolving needs of our community industries to produce programs that positively impact the local economy.

MAC has been awarded a $691,000 grant as part of the Missouri Southeast Pathways to Work (MoSEPWork) consortium to launch and expand apprenticeship programs in high-demand fields such as advanced manufacturing, nursing, and teacher education over the next four years. The consortium, which received a total of $3.9 million, includes Jefferson College, Mineral Area College, Three Rivers College, East Central College, and Central Methodist University.
